Performance Opportunities

It often benefits people if there is a goal to work towards such as a performance opportunity which provides a stimulus for practise and a chance to get feedback from other people which is separate from the teacher.  Below are three performance opportunities.

 

1. Family Concert

Play to your family once you have some pieces practiced to a performance  level.

 

2. My Closed Facebook Group Page

This is where you can ask questions, make comments and put up a piece for a performance opportunity and other people in the group can make comments. Maybe you are stuck on something but not sure how to fix it.  Add your piece and get useful feedback from any comments. You need to ask to join the group here.

 

3. Practical Examinations

These provide a great opportunity to practice to a performance level, to perform and to get feedback from another source, ie the examiner.
